Another day I’ve just realized that I made, in my last post, a comment wich was not well appropriate. What I said, make us understand that having lot of things is equal to being successful and, in the sum, it means having a good life. But it isn’t correct, right?

Because of that, I am able to defend myself, justifying that I do am capable and able to talk about the simplicity of life. Follow me. You, who are reading this, are probably someone like me, maybe more or less wealthy. So, you always had food on your table, right? Always well-dressed, right? Have a car? Oh, it’s a nice one! Cool. So tell me, when was your last spare time wich you have spent with your family? How many times did you have laughed with, hugged, kissed, or said “I love you” to one of them today? This week? This month?

Not much, huh? Why? Oh, you’ve been busy? Your job takes all your time? You don’t work, I see, so it’s your study. You are doing it so hard for in the future you could have the all-wanted spare time to spend with your family, okay. But when you reach this point, don’t you agree with me that you will be a miserable old person who will only have time to spent with the other old ones because the youngs are too busy as you were? We, who are a “successful” people, just think that we are successful, but all in all we are the most miserable ones in the world.

Those who are “poor”, “unsuccessful”, who have a hard life, in my opinion, are the happiest people around the world. I’m not talking about misery, this is a special case, this is an extreme. Back to the “poor” ones, they have a simple life, they don’t have to go to meetings at any time, don’t have to spend all his time just piling money, because their work are atcually on fixed based salaries, don’t have to study a lot of useless things, because they’re actually working. So they do have time to spend with their relatives, if you know anyone who’s like that, try to see that they like to always give parties among them, they’re always having fun, they’re enjoying their lives!

And this is the reason of my blog existing, I realized all of this, and I felt an obligation to pass it foward to anyone who still wants to enjoy your life. I’m not telling you to be poor, or to be a lazy or a irresponsible. I’m telling you to work hard, to study hard, to do your best in your life, but not forgetting who you are and those who cares about you. The success in life is not only restricted to money or to properties, but what you acquire in Heaven, and in your and the others hearts.

My name is João Renato, I live in Brasília, Brazil, I’m studying mechanical engineering, I’m a christian, I’m dating the most beautiful and amazing woman ever in this world. Now you must be thinking: “this is a well-succeed guy, how could he talk about life and how simple it is?”. Indeed, I agree with you, as a matter of fact I’m a successful person, as I always had food on my table, I studied in the bests schools, and I’m not rich, I’m a middle-class, but I always got what I wanted.

So this is where it begins. I know there is a lot of people out there, who ever wanted to have some of this oportunities, I’m talking to people like me, though. This blog was specially made for you, who had always in your hands, but still complain about life, or still find it pretty tough. You have to keep in mind that we are always going to pass through some deserts in our lifes, so you have to be always prepared to face one, we have to be resigned and deal with this.

I’m not telling you this will be easy, not at all. This is more kind of a lifestyle, because it is something you need to practice continuously. For example, me. This was the worst semester ever in university, I’ll flunk a lot of subjects, but I studied fairly hard, so I’m kind of upset for failing those subjects. In other hand, I was called to work one month of my vacation at Mitsubishi as a trainee. After all, what’s the point? The point is, you have to accept your losses, and to enjoy your wins! That’s the way!
